Keith A. Holmes
Keith A. Holmes, a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, specializes in structuring complex transactions exceeding $3 Billion. His expertise covers partnership structuring, capital raising, investment analysis, development, finance, construction and property management. Over his 30+ year career, he has managed projects that have delivered value for companies such as Amazon, PCCP (Pacific Coast Capital Partners), Pearlstone Partners, Four Rivers Capital, Houlihan-Parnes, Citizens Bank, The Hanover Company and Allen Harrison Co. Keith holds dual Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Pace University and is a Veteran of the US Army Engineering Corps.
Keith is the co-founder and driving creative force behind HL Capital Partners, a real estate centric, private equity firm currently developing over 2,000 units of residential real estate in Central Texas. At HL Capital, he is responsible for managing the entire investment cycle of assets as well as executing on the minute details of developments. He is considered an expert on the commercial real estate development process. His interests include Macro Economic Theory and Quantum Mechanics.
R. Travis Bird
Travis Bird is a seasoned real estate development and construction professional with 20+ years of experience in planning, development, design, and construction of commercial, single-family, and multi-family projects for local and national clients. He has been involved in projects totaling 11M+ square feet valued at over $1 Billion and has been a part of the development of over 15,000 residential units with such companies as Lennar Homes, Pearlstone Partners, Kelly Grossman Architects, Alliance Residential, Ogden Taylor Hughes, Campus Advantage and Sheveland and Strategic Construction Companies.
Based in Austin, Texas, Travis holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He is a LEED Green Associate and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Travis runs HL Capital’s Austin, Texas operations and is responsible for the day-to-day management of development projects.
